Data Cabling

Ontec Solutions technicians hold Open Registered Cabling licenses and install data communications cabling in a range of commercial and government facilities.

We use and recommend TE (Krone) cabling solutions but can also offer a range of other compatible vendor solutions to suit your existing network.

We offer fault finding services if you are having problems with your network or a particular point.

We take great pride in our attention to detail and the look and functionality of our finished product.

New Category 6 or 6a networks
Moves, adds or changes
Telephone jumpering and block cabling
Rack change overs after hours
Large scale re-patching
Network point rollouts for new equipment (retail, government, etc)

Telecommunications

Ontec offers traditional telephone jumpering, cabling and installation. We service a number of large commercial premises, providing internal cabling from the building's MDF to IDFs and to the socket for connection of telephone services.

Ontec provides authorised private telecommunications cabling for customers needing connection to a Building's MDF to their premises.

We can advise and install NBN suitable cabling if you are connecting to the NBN and provide connection from the NTU to your network.

Our telecommunications customers include domestic residences, multi tenanted apartments, commercial buildings as well as Telstra retail and Optus store customers.

Wireless Networks

Ontec offers a range of Ubiquiti point to point (PTP) and point to multi point (PTMP) solutions. We have deployed these solutions in schools and large retail environments such as homemaker centres.

In addition to Ubiquiti, we are often engaged to install WAPs for IT customers as part of upgrades or rollouts. We can provide you with a packaged price for cabling and installation of WAPs for your project.
